About the Role
As Care Director, you’ll:

Oversee service delivery across all care programs, ensuring they meet NDIS quality and compliance standards

Provide leadership and mentorship to support workers and team leaders

Collaborate with the Operations Manager to drive service excellence and business growth

Champion client outcomes by maintaining a strong focus on person-centred care

Work closely with participants, families, and stakeholders to ensure their needs are consistently met with compassion and professionalism
About You
✅ Proven experience in a leadership role within the disability, community or aged care sectors
✅ Sound knowledge of the NDIS framework and participant care requirements
✅ Passion for person-centred care and commitment to continuous quality improvement
✅ Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day care operations
✅ Excellent communication, team management, and organisational skills
