Founder Javiera Ski
I started MOR. Healthcare with a simple belief: healthcare recruitment should put people first, every single time. Over more than 20 years in the industry, I’ve had the privilege of helping thousands of nurses from around the globe find their dream jobs in the UK and Australia, and every placement still feels personal.
In 2023, we were honoured to be named Recommended Recruiter and Best Healthcare Agency in Victoria, recognition built on hundreds of 5-star reviews from the clients and candidates we’re lucky to work with. My background spans recruitment, coaching and operations, which helps me navigate the complexities of this industry so our clients and candidates don’t have to.
At MOR. Healthcare, my focus is on empowering healthcare professionals and building a supportive environment where professional success and personal wellbeing go hand in hand for our candidates, our clients, and our own team. That’s the culture everything else here grows from.
Co-Founder Catalina Mora
Moving your life and career to a new country is one of the biggest decisions a healthcare professional will ever make, and I believe no one should have to navigate it alone. As Co-Founder of MOR. Relocation and a proud partner in MOR. Healthcare, I lead our dedicated service supporting candidates through every step of their move to Australia: migration, banking, health insurance, superannuation, transport, and settling into a new community with confidence.
My own career has taken me around the world. I spent 15 years in international commodities trading and logistics before building businesses of my own, so I understand first-hand what it takes to start again somewhere new: the paperwork, the unknowns, and the courage it asks of you and your family.
For the past three years I’ve partnered with Javiera to help nurses and allied health professionals find employers who share their values. Today, my mission is to make sure that by the time you start your first shift, Australia already feels like home.
Permanent David
I lead the Permanent Recruitment division at MOR. Healthcare, partnering with healthcare and NDIS providers across Australia to build teams that last. By combining deep local networks with genuine international reach, I connect talented clinicians with the roles and leaders that job boards alone will never find.
My focus is paediatric allied health, Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and psychosocial care. Major shifts like the Thriving Kids reform and ongoing NDIA pricing changes, including the recent PBS rate increases, are far more than policy updates. They reshape life for employers, clinicians and families alike. As a dad to neurodiverse children, I see these changes from both sides: I know professionally and personally how much it matters that families and participants have the right clinical leaders in place.
Before recruitment, I was a guitar teacher and music school manager, and the two aren’t as different as they sound. Whether you’re teaching music or building a workforce, the best results come when you get the human side right. That’s still what drives me: matching the right people to the right roles so families get the best outcomes.
Away from work, you’ll find me with my family or tending my tropical fish tanks. Labour Hire Laura
I look after MOR. Healthcare’s Labour Hire division, specialising in Disability, Aged Care and Community Services across Victoria. With more than five years in healthcare recruitment, I’m passionate about connecting quality healthcare professionals with organisations that make a real difference every day.
My path into this industry began with my own dream of becoming a Support Worker. While that path didn’t eventuate, I discovered that recruitment was my way to contribute: helping build a stronger healthcare workforce by connecting compassionate people with meaningful careers.
I manage the journey end to end, covering recruitment, compliance, onboarding and NDIS requirements, so every candidate we place meets the highest standards of care and professionalism, and every client can fill their shifts with complete confidence.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mum of two teenagers, and I bring that same warmth, integrity and genuine care to every relationship I build with clients and candidates.
