I can't recommend David highly enough. I first connected with him after he replied to a Facebook post saying he could help, and from that point on he made the entire recruitment process incredibly easy.
He sourced roles that suited my experience and preferences, organised interviews, liaised directly with the hospital regarding my CV and applications, and even worked around applications I had already submitted. Apart from the interview itself, I barely had to deal with the hospital because David handled everything behind the scenes.
He also helped organise accommodation and relocation payments, answered what felt like endless questions, and always gave honest advice on how to approach each step. What really stood out was that he genuinely cared about finding the right fit for me. He regularly asked how I felt about different hospitals and opportunities, focusing on where I would be happiest rather than simply getting a placement filled.
When onboarding delays and administrative issues started causing problems, David didn't just leave me to deal with it. He chased the hospital from his end, contacted the right people, escalated issues where needed, and helped advocate for a delayed start date because of the delays they had caused. Having someone in my corner during such a stressful period made a huge difference.
Even after everything was finalised, his support didn't stop. He messaged to wish me luck before my first day and checked in after my first week to see how I was settling in.

Experience I have with Laura from Mor Healthcare was that she listened. She understood situations that I put in. She guided me the best way she could. She was there for me through day and night supporting me and getting me through situations. Laura really looks out for her clients the best way she can and that’s what we need these days for people to listen and to understand our situations and to put us in the workplace again. That’s something I really miss and wanna be able to have a steady job at the end of all this I have told Laura what I am looking for in work place I need a steady job that can give me like 40+ hours a week work I need to have a break from disability and try something else in life
